Purpose: To investigate the effect of tinted spectacle lenses on stereopsis through a change of stereoscopic in accordance with the concentration and color of tinted spectacle lenses Method: I organized adult between the ages of twenty and forty five, and After stereopsis tests wearing a polarizing lens under illumination of 200 Lux at 40 cm distance, stereopsis was measured again for each color and concentration, wearing tinted spectacle lens on the polarizing lens. Results: In a change of stereoscopic in accordance with the concentration, brown stereopsis were significantly increased to (p<0.05) in 20% concentration, meanwhile, the order in which stereoscopic significantly decreases(p<0.05): green, gray, red. In concentration at 50% and 80%, stereopsis (p<0.05) was significantly reduced (p<0.05) in the order of brown, gray, green, and red, especially, it showed a greater width of decrease in the concentration of 80%. Conclusion: In this investigation, it was found a decrease in stereopsis depending on the concentration and colors of tinted spectacle lenses, therefore, it suggests a necessary to consider the effects of stereopsis when choosing tinted spectacle lenses¡¯ concentration and colors.
